Assistant Finance Manager

Thilina Sandaruwan is the Assistant Finance Manager at the Institute of Leadership & Technology (ILT), bringing rigorous financial oversight and strategic acumen to the institution's operations.

He is primarily responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow operations, regulatory compliance, and comprehensive financial analysis. Thilina plays a vital role in upholding organisational financial integrity and providing data-driven insights to support strategic institutional decision-making.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) degree from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, and has successfully completed the Managerial Level of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (CMA), combining strong academic foundations with professional financial expertise.
